Located in the former St. Luke's Hospital, Delmar Divine is a social innovation, high-impact real estate initiative that sets an example for community. Delmar DivINe maximizes the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the nonprofit sector in the St. Louis region, especially among health, education and human service organizations, while simultaneously being a catalyst for the transformation of neighborhoods in North St. Louis City. A fusion of old spaces and new purposes, the design is inspired by the health-focused design of the past.
