Company Culture & Workplace Environment

The collective talents of our employees are what drive our outstanding results. Everyone is valued and their input matters. Leadership opportunities are available in several ways, from leading special projects to raising funds for the company philanthropy to serving on internal committees. These committees may be for a specific project and have a short duration, or may be longer in focus and have a sustained presence. The WELLness committee and the Social committee are two such committees comprised of employees who contribute their knowledge and time to providing their teammates with helpful knowledge and fun events.

While each area of focus has specialists in their particular product lines the environment is not siloed - the solution delivery team created for each engagement is staffed with individuals from each product area, assuring that a holistic solution is crafted to suit the requirements of every project we approach.

WELLness Committee at CI Select

Comprised of our WELL professionals and representatives from all business lines in the organization, the WELLness committee meets regularly to monitor the WELL pulse of the company. Keeping abreast of research in this very important area, the committee provides strategies and recommendations to our leadership roles in order to maintain a state of wellness across our corporate campus.

CI Social

Combining a sense of fun and camaraderie, the social committee was created to coordinate events and reasons to celebrate successes as a team. Founded on the principle of team-building, creating a positive social atmosphere is at the center of CI Select's culture. Whether to celebrate the 30th anniversary of CI Select in 2015, herald the arrival of a teammate’s new baby, or celebrate a holiday with a themed party, CI Social brings all employees together in social settings to deepen our bonds when working together.
