Our goal is to listen and ask questions, then tailor your experience with us. Are you a school administrator? We’ll be ready with samples of student chairs and examples of classrooms we’ve designed. Healthcare provider? We’ll bring you in to our healthcare showroom and show you the most durable, easy-to-clean finishes. CEO? We’ll come ready with questions on your culture and your goals, and how your spaces can support the way your organization works today and grows tomorrow. Whether you’re working with a design firm or you’re sourcing on your own, we’ll work with you to make sure you love your space. Our 4-step design process keeps your project on track and on-budget.

Onboarding

This is where we get to know you. We’ll discuss your budget (don’t have one? We can help!), look at any test fits (proposed layouts) you might have, and confirm your timeline. We’ll ask the right questions to gain an understanding of your needs and goals.

Visioning

We use a variety of approaches to deepen our understanding, while refining the budget.

Applied Design

We refine the design based on what we’ve learned.

  • Create drawings and renderings
  • Provide further curated product comparisons and cut sheets for selection
  • Finish meeting – the fun part! We pull fabrics and finishes that you can see and touch
  • Provide a cost estimate

Product Specification

Once the design has been approved, we provide final specifications and a formal quote.

  • Formal quote with selected products and finishes, including install costs

Execution you can trust.

We take care of all the moving parts, so you don’t have to. Every project has a dedicated project manager who keeps track of ship dates, attends construction calls with contractors, coordinates with professional install teams, and keeps your project beautifully on track.

 Survey

Our project managers collect details about the project site by reading over plans and documents. If applicable, they’ll conduct a site visit for field verifications. They’ll coordinate with local install teams to create an install budget and plan.

Tracking & Receiving

Once your order is placed, your project manager will keep track of all ship dates and make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. 

Our PMs work in our 50,000 square foot warehouse, so you know they’ve got eyes on the product and are ready to support.

Coordination

We work with facilities managers, general contractors, vendors, and install teams to make sure everything lines up as expected. When it’s time, we handle the install scheduling so your space is ready to go, on time.

Install

We work with the best teams of professional carpenters and furniture installers, trained in the methods of our manufacturers. Our PMs are onsite during install to make sure everything runs smoothly. They handle any hiccups as they arise, document progress, and communicate thoroughly. 

Storage and Moving

Our local 50,000-square-foot warehouse provides secure, flexible storage for furniture, equipment, and project materials of nearly any type or scale. This capacity allows us to stage product in alignment with construction schedules, hold inventory between phases, and respond quickly as project needs shift.

Our team manages complex furniture moves with care and precision, an advantage during phased renovations, swing-space planning, and large multi-stage projects. Assets are tracked, protected, and redeployed efficiently, helping clients minimize disruption, control costs, and keep projects moving forward.
