Returning to a post-Covid world, Northwestern Mutual wanted their new space to make a distinctive statement about who they are as a company while delivering on the goal of providing their employees with a new way to work to ensure their safety and satisfaction with the new space. Free address was central to the approach, with a wide array of collaborative spaces for meetings and conferencing of varying sizes and purposes.
