Brown and Crouppen moved its headquarters from downtown St. Louis to The Hill to occupy a 50,000 square foot former Magic Chef factory building at a cost of $15.5 million. The goal was to create a modern, loft style office to attract people back to the office. This project is not the typical law firm office space! Bright colored textiles and custom graphic wall covering compliment the workstations in the open concept office. A variety of meeting spaces are provided throughout the office, from formal deposition rooms to a converted Air Stream camper that functions as a conference room surrounded by turf and outdoor furniture. This allows people to work the way they want throughout the day. The result is an inspired space for the 265 employees of Brown and Crouppen to thrive.
